I can’t stop eating this slaw. Didn’t realize that eating two heads of cabbage a week will make you very gassy.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of red cabbage

  • 2 red onions

  • 1 bunch of cilantro

  • 1-2 handfuls of serrano peppers

  • 1 cup of lime juice

  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup of white vinegar

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

  • 2 spoons of mustard

  • 1 spoon of honey

Assembly

  • Slice red onions and pickle them in the white vinegar

  • Shred cabbage. Chop cilantro and serrano peppers.

  • Mix apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, and olive oil.

  • Mix everything up.
