Slaw
I can’t stop eating this slaw. Didn’t realize that eating two heads of cabbage a week will make you very gassy.
Ingredients
1 head of red cabbage
2 red onions
1 bunch of cilantro
1-2 handfuls of serrano peppers
1 cup of lime juice
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of white vinegar
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 spoons of mustard
1 spoon of honey
Assembly
Slice red onions and pickle them in the white vinegar
Shred cabbage. Chop cilantro and serrano peppers.
Mix apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, and olive oil.
Mix everything up.
